There are two Learning Management Systems (LMS) at ECU: Canvas, and this is where you will find your learning materials and assessments. ![]() This is where all emails to you will be sent, including communication with your lecturers. “My ECU email” is your official Student email account. Student Information Management Online allows you to set your enrolment, choose your activities (eg workshop times), and see all your final unit grades. The portal web page provides access to many applications such as the online exams submission, and links to external websites from the My Communities menu. The Student Portal is the gateway to web applications, the Student Intranet and other student information at ECU. You’ll need to use your ECU login to access this, but once you’re logged in you will see other important systems, as labelled on the image. In conjunction with Banner, Evisions IntelleCheck is ECUs check writing software and FormFusion is the template for printing special forms such as W2’s, 1099’s, transcripts, grade reports and blanket order forms. Canvas has been selected as ECU’s next Learning Management System (LMS). The project team is targeting March 2022 to go live with the updated SSB-9 Registration application.Īs new functionality becomes available, ITCS will work closely with the Banner Change Management committee and functional users to evaluate and make this new functionality available. The first SSB-9 applications, My Information and Employee Self Service, became available in November 2019, followed by Student Self Service and Faculty & Advisor Self Service in January 2020, and Finance Self Service in March 2020. Representatives from business units across campus are working with ITCS to implement the upgraded Self-Service Banner 9 (SSB-9) applications.SSB-9 includes an updated user experience, a modern and mobile friendly user interface, and new functionality for students and employees.
